Job Description

Summary

As the Eastcoast Regional Visual Manager, you will be tasked with maximizing net sales through effective and inspiring visual presentations that align with global visual merchandising guidelines, while maintaining the brand experience. You will play a key role as a brand ambassador, upholding Diesel’s DNA and values, and ensuring brand consistency across Retail & Outlet channels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Visual Merchandising North America to implement Diesel brand visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Travel extensively to provide hands-on visual merchandising support in stores, driving sales in partnership with Regional Field Manager and store teams.
  • Use technology and communication to support stores’ business needs and uphold visual standards remotely.
  • Set priorities and regional initiatives through Visual Merchandising with Regional Field Managers.
  • Conduct in-store merchandising, mannequin styling, and window installations for new collections and store refreshes.
  • Collaborate on new store openings, pop-ups, and refits with Interior Design and Home Office teams.
  • Create and provide photo recaps/reports from store visits and key projects.
  • Support special projects such as Tradeshows and Marketing events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing and leading a team.
  • Creative background in styling, merchandising, or art.
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the workweek.
  • Ability to drive with proper authorization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac Keynote, and basic knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Denim and associated trends/brands.
  • Passion for the brand and ability to serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Exposure to wholesale and specialty accounts is preferred.
