Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, building relationships with our esteemed clientele, and driving sales for our top-tier brands. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of clienteling, strong work ethic, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our luxury brands, understanding client needs, and offering expert styling advice.
  • Embrace a client-first environment facilitated by our Store Director, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize clienteling techniques to manage and grow your book of business, ensuring repeat purchases and long-term client loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and brand offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude, contributing to the positive culture and atmosphere of the store.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate client appointments and store needs, prioritizing exceptional service at all times.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of $2 million book of business.
  • Strong clienteling skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to high-end clientele.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Established track record of clienteling and exceeding sales targets in a luxury fashion setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the company culture.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
  • Must embody the values and culture of our retail brand, and align with our commitment to excellence and service.
