Summary

The B-Helpful Professional is a dynamic role focused on providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The associate will manage an in-store service hub, assist with online order pickups, process returns, provide tourism information, and facilitate booking appointments for various in-store services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage all customers, providing a genuine and friendly interaction.
  • Be proficient with technology to enhance customer service.
  • Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required; strong interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and peers.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift/move up to 25lbs.
