Summary

The Senior Photo and Video Producer is a key production role within Ralph Lauren Advertising, responsible for all aspects of producing photo and video shoots across Polo brands. This includes pre- and post-production tasks, sourcing talent, managing logistics, and working closely with various teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative/art directors, stylists, casting director, and project managers on shoot development.
• Work with marketing leads to align budgets with deliverables and communicate budget adjustments as needed.
• Negotiate rates and book crew, talent, and locations for shoots.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for crew members.
• Generate shoot estimates and manage budgets to stay within internal constraints.
• Handle shoot production logistics, including artist booking, calendar management, and invoice management.
• Manage on-set production and external freelance support.
• Negotiate usage fees for archival imagery and footage.
• Reconcile all shoot-related billing and expenses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve photo shoot approaches and efficiencies.
