Responsibilities

• Drive business and achieve sales goals through a customer-centric approach.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to deliver business results.
• Utilize new technology and “More Ways to Shop” to enhance customer experience and drive results.
• Represent RL Brand expectations in-store and deliver consistent experiences aligned with the company vision.
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in networking to build clientele.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative purchasing processes and broaden accessibility to product discovery.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office, and to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
