Summary

RH is seeking a Hospitality Facilities Associate to join our team in leading the organization and maintenance of the storage facility. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, managing external vendors, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
• Organize, maintain, and clean the entire facility including the removal of all debris and packaging
• Receive, organize, and properly label incoming orders while inspecting to ensure highest quality
• Maintain communication with the team around incoming and outgoing inventory
• Report Facilities opportunities to the Guesthouse Facilities on-site team for any repairs needed
• Own weekly and monthly inventory to investigate and speak to variances
• Transport equipment and supplies between properties
• Implement a consistent delivery schedule with vendors to ensure quality and control

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership, and go beyond basic responsibilities
• Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and business partners in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Craftable
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Frequently move objects up to 50 pounds and work sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods in different climates, including outdoors
