Job Description

Summary

The Client Experience Coordinator at Cartier, Short Hills, is responsible for supporting the execution of the client experience strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement in the boutique. The role involves creating exceptional client experiences, optimizing the boutique environment, and maintaining Maison and industry knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences and deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Support with front podium duties, appointment management, and walk-in client assistance.
  • Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance client experience.
  • Assist sales associates with appointment preparation and client entertainment.
  • Handle quick service requests and personalization services for clients.
  • Support client development activities and data entry.
  • Optimize boutique traffic flow and manage appointment booking tools.
  • Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory control processes.
  • Develop brand knowledge and comply with security and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
