Summary

The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for executing the visual strategy in their region, training and developing Visual Specialists, and supporting stores to assess needs and opportunities in their markets. This role involves significant travel and collaboration with corporate and store teams to maintain superior product presentation and adapt to market trends.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store Visual Merchandising strategies as outlined by the corporate Merchandising team.
• Visit stores in the region on a regular schedule, both Retail and Wholesale.
• Lead window installs and floor moves in the region.
• Maintain an organized photo library of store visits and remote coaching.
• Prepare visuals in-store for events and create displays for special products.
• Train with VM Director on VM standards and educate staff on visual directives.
• Independently manage travel schedule for store visits and maintain consistent communication with corporate Visual.

Requirements

• 6+ years of visual merchandising field experience for a luxury brand, jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience leading and advising retail teams on visual standards and strategies.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented, efficient, organized, and adaptable to changes in work tasks or environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
