Job Description

We are a leading luxury fashion retailer recognized for our sophisticated and timeless designs. With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, our brand has established a loyal customer base globally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our East Hampton boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store’s performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and ethos.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales, and adapting to market trends to maximize profits.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
