As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our East Hampton boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store’s performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and ethos.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales, and adapting to market trends to maximize profits.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
- Foster an inclusive, positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
