Job Description

A renowned luxury fashion brand known for its refined Italian craftsmanship and timeless style, is excited to announce the opening of our newest boutique on Newbury Street in September 2024. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Sales Associates to join our team and contribute to the brand’s legacy of elegance and quality. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a dynamic retail environment within a company that values tradition, innovation, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve these needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling financial transactions and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are aligned with store needs.
  • Stay informed about upcoming product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role in luxury fashion retail.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using retail software and POS systems.
