Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, guiding them through our range of luxury textiles, custom tailoring options, and styling advice.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury textiles, including cashmere and vicuña, to educate and advise clients on their investments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized follow-ups and consultations to ensure their needs are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively engaging with clients and understanding their tailoring needs and preferences.
- Manage and oversee client fittings, liaising with tailors to ensure each garment is crafted to the highest standard.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, tailoring techniques, and new materials in the luxury market.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked with a range of textiles and accessories.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and client appreciation activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in luxury retail, with a strong emphasis on menswear and custom tailoring.
- Exceptional knowledge of luxury textiles, particularly cashmere and vicuña, with the ability to convey this knowledge convincingly to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building rapport with high-end clients.
