Job Description

Summary

Reporting into the Director, Digital Marketing and Media, this role supports Fendi’s paid media strategy in the Americas, leading day-to-day operations of paid media and digital marketing. The role involves placement, execution, trafficking, and analysis of all paid media campaigns, supporting business in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil through 360 marketing strategies, paid media, localized content development, and retail/wholesale marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans across Fendi retail network, including print, outdoor, digital, and mall advertising.
  • Lead advertising planning and execution for Wholesale, Co-Op, and Lease-Doors.
  • Act as the point of contact for brand with Mall Marketing teams to handle strategic Fendi presence.
  • Plan and implement print and outdoor campaigns, and digital brand marketing campaigns.
  • Lead artistic processes for advertising assets delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of full-funnel digital media strategy with business objectives.
  • Generate performance reports and track results to goals.
  • Develop actionable insights and optimization media plans.
  • Track budgets and invoicing with Finance team.
  • Engage with the latest digital media platforms and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media and digital marketing, preferably in an agency or luxury brand.
  • Experience in digital media trafficking and analytics.
  • Comfortability with budgeting, finance, invoicing.
  • Strategic knowledge of luxury fashion landscape, brand building, and identity.
  • Ability to mix quantitative data with qualitative insights.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle time-sensitive situations.
  • Desire to learn and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
