Summary
The Supervisor assists the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management, supervision of the store team, and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures. The Supervisor acts as a role model, representing and supporting the brand and values, and takes on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
