Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Alexander McQueen’s South Coast Plaza boutique, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the success of the store by meeting and exceeding sales goals, establishing strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service. You will maintain a high level of product knowledge and uphold the company’s service values and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing them of new collections and events.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, routinely updating and maintaining client profile records.
  • Provide excellent service by committing to the company’s Service Values and Standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.
  • Contribute to a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate Alexander McQueen behaviors and a strong work ethic.
  • Significant retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
