Job Description

Summary

As a Client Experience Coordinator at Cartier SoHo, the role is focused on supporting the execution of the client experience strategy and ensuring exceptional service is provided. The coordinator will work closely with boutique management and the team to deliver seamless and memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences and deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Support front podium duties, appointment management, and walk-in client assistance.
  • Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist sales associates with appointment preparation and client engagement.
  • Facilitate seamless client experiences in both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Handle quick service requests and personalization services for clients.
  • Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
  • Provide personal services such as reservations, directions, and entertainment requests.
  • Assist with phone duties and appointment setting.
  • Support the flow of boutique traffic and manage the appointment booking tool.
  • Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory control processes.
  • Develop brand knowledge and comply with security and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability to work retail hours and travel for trainings as needed.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach with a united work environment mindset.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
