Summary

As a Store Manager at our boutique, you will be responsible for overseeing the store’s talent and performance, ensuring a consistent client experience, and partnering with corporate functions to enhance in-store operations. You will report to the West Coast Retail Director and contribute to our culture of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic goals aligned with store sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
• Coach and maintain retail standards and ceremony steps with a strong sales floor presence.
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store upkeep.
• Set goals for the selling team and ensure exceptional service through product knowledge.
• Communicate updates and initiatives to all team members.
• Manage store operations effectively while minimizing costs.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Lead and motivate staff, manage schedules, and handle recruitment and training.
• Conduct appraisals and provide regular business performance updates.

Requirements

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our values.
• 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail managerial position.
• Experience managing 5+ direct reports.
• Ability to manage deadlines and familiar with key retail performance indicators.
• Advanced organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and comfortable with technology.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
