Job Description

Summary

Join the team at our Bellagio Las Vegas boutique as a Client Advisor. Embrace a culture of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness while contributing to our luxury fashion house’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing them of new collections and events.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining detailed client profile records.
  • Provide excellent service by committing to our Service Values and Standards.
  • Maintain high product knowledge on all collections using training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain a respectful work environment.

Requirements

  • Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and industry news.
  • Show strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and able to lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
