Job Description

Summary

The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of the client experience strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves partnering with management to ensure seamless and memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty and consistently engaging with the team to execute all touchpoints of client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences and deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Support duties at the front podium, manage appointments, and assist walk-in clients.
  • Utilize storytelling to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist associates with appointment preparation and client entertainment.
  • Handle quick service requests, repair drop-offs/pick-ups, and personalization services.
  • Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
  • Provide personal services such as directions, reservations, and entertainment requests.
  • Assist with phone duties and appointment setting.
  • Support the flow of boutique traffic and manage the appointment booking tool.
  • Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory control processes.
  • Develop knowledge and comply with security and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative approach with a united work environment and a “can do” attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
