Job Description

Summary

The CRM Analytics Trainee will be involved in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on client critical metrics and initiatives, assisting with direct mail initiatives and strategies, and maintaining data cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and run reoccurring zone level client reports.
  • Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs.
  • Create adHoc reporting decks and insights using internal data platforms.
  • Assist with CRM databases hygiene and report maintenance.
  • Manage client reallocation project bi-weekly using CRM tools.
  • Spot check direct mail client lists for duplicates, fraud, etc.
  • Assist with direct mail processes including list pulls, organization, recap decks, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Full-time, 12-month program availability.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and desire to work with data sets/figures.
  • Luxury retail background preferred.
  • Proactive follow-through practices.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under specific timelines in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to accuracy and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient analytical capabilities and quick learning of new applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
