Today FENDI is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.

Job Description

Summary

As a Fendi Store Manager at Neiman Marcus, you will take on the role of business owner, Fendi Ambassador, and be accountable for the store’s overall performance. Your leadership will encompass the management of the store, employees, merchandise, and the achievement of store targets, while fostering a positive experience for both internal and external clients. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, creating succession plans, and facilitating internal growth opportunities for all team members.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business.
  • Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales.
  • Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
  • Organize events and incentives to grow the business.
  • Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels in partnership with the merchandising team.
  • Empower sales staff to meet sales targets through authentic client experiences.
  • Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop dedicated Fendi customers and maintain a customer database.
  • Strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers.
  • Ensure efficient operation in store and control costs.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
  • Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead the team with health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and display bestsellers.
  • Develop and empower staff through performance monitoring and feedback.
  • Attract and recruit top talent.
  • Assess performance and growth potential of staff to promote career paths.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with POS system and inventory management functions.
  • RTW experience preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
