Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Shopper to join our high-end retail team. This role is designed for someone with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, an impeccable eye for style, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized shopping services, and consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, providing personalized service and expert fashion advice.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed an annual sales target of over $4 million, through effective client engagement and high conversion strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and new arrivals, offering clients bespoke recommendations based on their preferences and styles.
- Private Consultations: Arrange and conduct private shopping consultations, either in-store or at locations convenient for the client, ensuring a discreet and exclusive shopping experience.
- Event Management: Organize and host exclusive shopping events and product launches for VIP clients, enhancing client loyalty and engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Actively seek client feedback on collections, shopping experiences, and services offered, using insights to improve client satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the availability of requested items and to influence future purchasing decisions based on client preferences.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Record: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury retail with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding a sales target of $4 million+ annually.
- Fashion Expertise: Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and the ability to curate looks that cater to the sophisticated tastes of luxury clientele.
- Client Service Excellence: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the prowess to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to attend client meetings outside standard retail hours.
- Privacy and Discretion: Ability to maintain the highest level of privacy and discretion for all client interactions and transactions.
