Summary

As a Fragrance Ambassador at Cartier, you will be the face of Cartier Fragrances at a designated retailer, striving to achieve and exceed sales goals while upholding the brand’s image through promotional and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives in the assigned retail store.
• Create luxury shopping experiences and foster relationship-building with clients.
• Maximize sales during retailer’s corporate events and promotions.
• Implement and maintain brand merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Manage inventory, testers, gifts with purchase, and visual elements.
• Develop client relationships, coordinate events, and execute brand guidelines.
• Communicate with clients using various digital tools and social media.
• Build relationships with store management and inform them about brand goals and updates.
• Attend and conduct ongoing product and brand training.
• Comply with retailer policies and maintain a professional environment.
• Utilize company-approved technology for business-related purposes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of cosmetics/fragrance sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales and event execution track record.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Comfortable with public speaking and working in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Multilingual abilities and digital-savviness are a plus.
