Job Description

Summary

KREWE, an independent high-fashion eyewear company, is seeking a CRM Manager to develop Email & SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with customers across eCommerce, Retail & Special events. The role involves maintaining and optimizing the global CRM and ensuring effective communication to all D2C KREWE customers and subscribers.

Responsibilities

  • Own Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar planning & workflow for eComm, retail & special events.
  • Curate campaign context, content and call-to-actions, and provide feedback to creative & copy teams.
  • Compile, schedule & send all campaigns, flows & transactional emails in Klaviyo and Attentive programs.
  • Administer KREWE CRM Systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer database information.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Innovate and execute subscriber growth campaigns across digital touch points.
  • Ideate loyalty and retention touch-points and/or programs to enhance customer LTV.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, Email/SMS or related role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in personalization (CRM) and segmentation marketing.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-mining and database segmentation experience.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
