Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Sales Associate who will be a brand ambassador, providing exceptional, personalized customer service. This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring they receive a first-class shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a knack for styling, and the ability to drive sales through excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide tailored recommendations and styling advice, enhancing their shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and styling tips.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including follow-up communications and managing private shopping sessions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s profitability.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Handle transactions smoothly and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the store team to organize and participate in in-store events and promotions.
  • Provide feedback from clients to management and merchandising teams to help shape future collections and customer offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of personal style and a deep interest in current fashion trends.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Flexibility to work store schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
