Job Description

Summary

This hybrid position requires a strategic marketer with strong technical competencies, ready to drive performance results in programmatic campaigns. The role involves executing digital strategies to drive efficiency, incrementality, and profitable outcomes, with opportunities to impact Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack business in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input and lead execution of Nordstrom’s Programmatic campaigns with support from internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution across planning stages.
  • Collaborate on proposals and tactical recommendations aligning with business goals.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Monitor budget pacing and optimize campaigns using various attribution models and data sources.
  • Work with internal teams on revenue forecasting, budget processing, and accuracy.
  • Create and deliver presentations on campaign strategy and performance results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying via programmatic platforms, with YouTube experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing digital campaigns with optimization goals such as ROAS, CPA, Reach, CPM, CPV, CTR.
  • Knowledge of DSP platforms like DV360, Yahoo, and TTD.
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to navigate challenges.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning about Nordstrom’s business model and the digital landscape.
