Responsibilities

• Drive business and achieve sales goals through a customer-centric approach.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to deliver business results.
• Utilize new technology and “More Ways to Shop” to enhance business outcomes.
• Represent and deliver RL Brand experience expectations in-store.
• Support a collaborative environment with a focus on the customer.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management.
• Strengthen customer connections through alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
