Summary

The Senior Manager of Creative Services Women’s is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Windows, Environment & Seasonal elements for Women’s Retail boutiques in the Americas. This includes technical design, strategy, project management, and execution of store environments that align with the Dior lifestyle and aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand loyalty through technical design and project management of windows and seasonal elements.
• Manage budgets and track costs for 3D windows to ensure efficient solutions without compromising quality.
• Contribute design ideas and inspiration, seeking new designs that fit the brand aesthetic.
• Communicate with the visual merchandising team on window installations and provide cross-functional support.
• Create and lead processes, communication tools, and training documents.
• Handle the department calendar, including sourcing, prototyping, installs, shipping, and customs requirements.
• Oversee team providing on-site support for installation of windows and quality control.
• Maintain partnership with Paris Creative team to ensure global consistency for Dior Visual directives.
• Support production and installation for store openings and special in-store events.
• Communicate with vendors for construction/production and provide on-site support for installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail environments and window design.
• Ability to solve sophisticated problems in luxury retail project design and detailing.
• Expertise in project management and leading multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Proficiency in InDesign & Illustrator, familiarity with Sketchup and/or Rhino, and Excel.
• Ability to read floor plans, CAD drawings, and knowledge of materials and production techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a dynamic team.
• Passion for design, collaborative teamwork, and a personal connection with the Dior brand.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build consensus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
