Summary

As a Temporary Operations Support at our 5th Ave boutique, you will assist with Client Service functions, maintain housekeeping standards, handle merchandise, and ensure inventory control. You will also support the Boutique Management in safeguarding company assets and participate in all areas of Boutique operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and having solid product knowledge.
• Accurately ring on registers and maintain all cash and media at the registers.
• Use proper telephone etiquette and assist in customer inquiries and call transfers.
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise and manage customer exchanges or returns.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures securely.
• Maintain orderly appearance of register area and keep supplies stocked.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Provide support to the selling floor and participate in all inventories.
• Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Retail cashiering and operations experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
