Summary

As a Client Service Representative at our South Coast Plaza, Women’s boutique, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional client service. This role involves managing various client service functions, including POS system coordination, aftersales, phone communication, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Efficiently manage cash and transactions at the registers.
• Ensure proper telephone etiquette and customer communication.
• Assist in customer merchandise packing and wrapping.
• Handle customer exchanges or returns in partnership with the Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer feedback to management.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
• Maintain a tidy register area and stocked supplies.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Provide assistance on the selling floor when needed.
• Participate in inventories.
• Contribute to solving problems and improving cash wrap area efficiency.
• Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Availability to travel as needed.
