Summary

As a Client Advisor at the Wynn location, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, becoming an expert on their needs and tailoring their in-store experience to enhance their perception of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; maintain customer correspondence to drive business.
• Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Use POS system and update customer database accurately.
• Acquire product knowledge and company information.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Perform store maintenance tasks as needed.
• May have responsibility for opening/closing the store.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards.
• Maintain communication with store management and peers.
• Be a positive role model for the brand.
• Train new Client Advisors.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS system and inventory management.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
