Job Description

Summary

Join us as a Style Advisor, Keyholder, where you will be immersed in luxury fashion and responsible for delivering personalized shopping experiences and managing store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized client experiences and build strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Open and close the store, adhering to company policies.
  • Operate the store smoothly in management’s absence and resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain and organize the selling floor and back stock.
  • Ensure technical systems are operational.
  • Manage cash wrap areas and perform deposits as needed.
  • Maintain a client book in accordance with company policy.
  • Support sales associates with customer service issues.
  • Ensure positive results on Mystery Shop Scores.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience with sales and operational focus.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to mediate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
  • Action-oriented with a drive for results.
