As Senior Leader, Home Delivery, you will be at the forefront of leading RH’s vision and operational excellence in warehouse and home delivery functions. Embracing a people-first approach, your role is pivotal in inspiring and guiding a team dedicated to enhancing our customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day.
• Assess, coach, train, mentor and develop direct reports to achieve optimal performance.
• Strategically plan, direct, and oversee daily workflow and deliverables across all functions.
• Manage P&L with full accountability, including analysis and reporting.
• Ensure the RH home delivery experience aligns with the luxury service of our Galleries.
• Oversee performance of home delivery and logistics vendors against key metrics in cost, service, and quality.
• Drive improvement initiatives through analysis and corrective actions to ensure compliance to standards.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues promptly and thoroughly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in furniture home delivery, warehouse operations, or similar field.
• Skilled in hiring, training, coaching, and managing employee performance.
• Knowledgeable in business processes, P&L, accounting, and profit margins.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about providing world-class service internally and to customers.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to visit clients in assigned geographic territory.
• Must pass background, MVR, and drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50lbs.
