Summary

As an Interior Design Assistant at RH, you will be an integral part of the design team, supporting the lifecycle of design projects in collaboration with RH Interior Design. This role requires a passion for building relationships and a keen eye for luxury and design, embodying the RH lifestyle and personal style.

• Educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Support all phases of the design process, including consultations, site visits, and presentations.
• Create brand-appropriate presentations and product selections.
• Offer product expertise and elevated client service.
• Represent RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.
• Maintain interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Uphold visual and quality standards within the Gallery.

Requirements

• Preferred education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Hands-on interior installation experience.
• People and relationship-driven with strategic and mental agility.
• Highly organized and collaborative with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and design software like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities.
• Ability to travel and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
