Summary

As a Senior Merchandising Manager for Women’s Leather Goods Core Business, you will lead the merchandising strategy, buying, and in-season actions to achieve sales and sell-through objectives. You will be responsible for developing product strategies, engaging with internal teams, and providing insights to support commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Implement Women’s Leather Goods strategy with local relevancy.
• Build and achieve sales objectives in collaboration with Director and VP Merchandising.
• Create assortment plans based on local market needs.
• Participate in buying sessions and manage permanent collection with Supply Chain.
• Orchestrate launch strategies for impactful product launches.
• Provide insights and market needs to management and Paris Product Team.
• Monitor business daily and develop action plans to achieve sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize sell-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on in-season management and category development.
• Support in-store events and virtual appointment strategies.
• Develop category-specific trainings for Retail when necessary.
• Ensure appropriate product presentation and assortment & inventory optimization.
• Maximize category visibility and sales online.
• Support regional strategy rollouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising/buying with a focus on leather goods.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for detail, deadline-oriented, with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Advanced analytical skills, including product allocation and sophisticated Excel skills.
