Job Description

Summary

The Stock Controller is a key partner in store operations, working closely with the sales team and management to ensure all operational duties are executed in compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Moncler USA Service standards consistently
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures
  • Provide customer service for repairs and merchandise returns
  • Achieve inventory level accuracy and UPT updates
  • Maintain stock/product according to operations guidelines
  • Support store staff with company initiatives and operations procedures
  • Oversee shipments and inventories, guiding staff accordingly
  • Partner with Stock Associates for accurate inventory levels
  • Adhere to Company Operational Policy and Procedures
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Retail Operations experience
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Successful track record in inventory management
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • College degree preferred
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment
  • Willingness to work overtime on short notice
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and numerical skills
  • Ability to handle merchandise and operate store equipment
  • Availability for varied hours and days
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour work week
