Job Description

Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of Cartier’s paid media channels across online and offline, including strategy, placement, execution, trafficking, and analysis of all campaigns. Lead digital media campaigns, build offline media plans, and maintain budgets and billing. The role requires fluency in all media channels and experience in advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual offline and online media plans to drive brand awareness and equity.
  • Support national branding media campaigns across various channels.
  • Drive foot traffic to retail boutiques and wholesale partners via targeted media channels.
  • Develop media briefing, planning, and implementation across all channels.
  • Manage budgets efficiently on major platforms.
  • Evaluate media campaigns for actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize active digital campaigns based on standard digital KPIs.
  • Manage media and creative agency relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to ensure integrated media tactics meet business objectives.
  • Ensure creative allocations and priorities meet local needs.
  • Explain complex media concepts to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, consumer behavior, or analysis preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in media/advertising.
  • Fluency in all media channels, TV buying/strategy experience is a plus.
  • Experience in luxury or retail is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Strong knowledge of media advertising landscape and marketing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
