Responsibilities

• Understand and drive sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage creatively with clients to expand our customer base.
• Represent the ideal customer experience in-store, aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in store client initiatives, community outreach, and networking.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer access to product discovery.
• Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Physical ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record of success and positive working relationships.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
