Summary

This highly visible role as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition for the North America region involves partnering directly with stakeholders, serving as a consultant and leader in setting and executing talent acquisition strategies. The role encompasses advising on market trends, optimizing hiring strategies, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with business leadership, hiring managers, and People Team Partners.
• Support the Talent team in identifying internal talent and cultivating relationships with emerging leaders.
• Create and update candidate pipelines for key positions.
• Implement tools to support the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Process.
• Drive the attraction, interview, selection, and hiring process from position launch to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through various channels including internal movement, networking, and external partnerships.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience and interview process.
• Lead candidate calibration conversations and finalize the offer process.
