Summary

Based in our New York City Office, the Senior Manager, Human Resources will perform a wide range of duties throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring confidentiality, tact, professionalism, and maturity. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, independent judgement, and analytical and organizational skills. The Senior Manager will work closely with both Retail and Corporate partners and the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations topics and investigations with effective interviewing and documentation techniques.
• Communicate regularly regarding pending investigations and provide timely reports with supporting documentation.
• Partner with Legal and Asset Protection teams for investigations and provide advice for resolution of workplace matters.
• Analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
• Promote positive employee relations and high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Handle full cycle recruitment for Corporate roles and ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process.
• Support Organization Management Review, career mobility, ICR, and RISE processes.
• Streamline processes for efficiency and ensure accurate results.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure best practices.
• Partner with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Occasional travel may be required.
