Summary

As a Home Delivery Lead at RH, you will be at the forefront of scaling taste and curating luxury home furnishings. You will be part of a team that is integral to elevating our customer experience through operational excellence in warehouse and home delivery functions. This role involves coaching and mentoring a team, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of operations.

• Complete records and reports accurately and promptly.
• Allocate labor and plan daily inbound and outbound workload for warehouse operations.
• Set and achieve department and associate-specific goals for productivity, quality, personal growth, and professional development.
• Participate in inventory control through cycle counts and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

• Teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• 1+ years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with training and coaching experience.
• Comfortable with using, learning, and training new technology.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs.
