Job Description

Summary

As a CRM Assistant Manager at Parfums Christian Dior, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of OmniChannel campaigns across North America, including emails, mobile, push, and clienteling to animate the consumer database. This role is pivotal in executing the Business Data activation Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless integration of all points of contact such as Ecommerce, Boutiques, Booking services, Loyalty, and Events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of marketing campaigns, from design to launch, including briefing, validation, audience targeting, content proofing, scheduling, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Lead continuous improvement of marketing campaigns through strategy, data analysis, KPIs, AB testing, optimization, and process enhancement.
  • Leverage advanced performance tools for in-depth analysis of campaign performance.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and align on best practices and procedures.
  • Stay updated on internal system changes and inform affected departments.
  • Work collaboratively with local business teams, tech teams, and central headquarters.
  • Express business requirements to a diverse audience, including senior executives.
  • Assist in the migration project to Adobe Campaign and leverage in-house Data Product technologies.
  • Conduct competitive landscape benchmarking and devise go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in email marketing and/or CRM channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign.
  • Basic understanding of HTML preferred.
  • Fluency in key email marketing and e-commerce analytical tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup.
  • Ability to define business requirements with measurable goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in creating CRM models and cohort analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving performance and scaling revenue through the email channel.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts for new marketing initiatives.
