Summary

As a Tiffany Branch Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service. You will partner with the Senior Security Officer and Management to ensure the safety and security of the store while also supporting store operations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to by conducting daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assisting with facilities repairs, and communicating with the store team.
• Cover both security and back of house operations and controls.
• Provide a positive Tiffany experience for each client from beginning to end.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support the store in consistently achieving sales plan.
• Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences based on client feedback.

Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Experience in a retail/security environment and 1-year prior experience in a security related position.
