Summary

As a Customer Advisor for Zegna, you will provide a memorable luxury shopping experience, acting as a Brand Ambassador and engaging customers in the discovery of our heritage. You will build lasting relationships and contribute to the store’s sales and operational excellence while embodying the highest level of service and sophistication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable in-store customer service by following the Zegna Selling Flow and Zegna Mindset.
• Develop business through networking and maintaining a customer database.
• Consult with customers to discover needs and preferences for shopping occasions.
• Anticipate and exceed customer expectations, both expressed and unexpressed.
• Create opportunities for experiencing Zegna brands, products, and total looks.
• Promote Made-to-Measure service and leverage technology for an integrated luxury experience.
• Collect accurate customer data in line with CRM procedures.
• Conduct after-sales activities and utilize CRM software for communication.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and in adherence to service policies.
• Drive and perform store physical inventory audits.
• Develop knowledge of Zegna products, craftsmanship, and style evolution.
• Communicate effectively within the store team to meet customer and business needs.
• Support new staff orientation as a coach or buddy when required.
• Measure performance using customer service and sales KPIs.
• Adhere to store operations and attendance policies.

Requirements

• Passionate and open-minded with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to self-learn and develop professionally.
• Proficient with digital technology; familiarity with Apple products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
