As a Client Advisor at our boutique, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to our culture of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness. Your role will focus on achieving sales goals, building strong client relationships, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing them of new collections and events.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining detailed client profile records.
• Provide excellent service by committing to the company’s Service Values and Standards.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and perform general maintenance as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Significant retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s.
• Build and maintain a loyal client following.
• Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends/news.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
