• Drive business and achieve sales goals through a customer-centric approach.

• Ensure a consistent RL Brand experience by supporting the company and store vision.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer access to product discovery.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Preferred retail or relevant industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office, and to lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and as needed for business requirements.
