Job Description

Summary

You are a vital part of the talent team, working to implement the recruitment strategy and enhance the candidate’s experience at the boutique level. Your role involves screening potential candidates, partnering with HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers, and proactively building a talent pipeline; demonstrating ownership of the full lifecycle recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build talent pipelines utilizing ATS, social media, job boards, and field recruitment.
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends and talent availability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Interview candidates, conduct exploratory calls, and establish relationships with referrals.
  • Advertise open positions online and promote diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Track and communicate interviews, placements, and retention.
  • Utilize and maintain ATS with detailed notes and submissions on candidates.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and/or corporate levels.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency in ATS, social media, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, empathy, influence & negotiation skills, and strong presentation skills.
