Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, eyewear/luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborative team player, adaptable, and open to feedback.
