Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our Women’s Department at our prestigious Madison Avenue location. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who excels in a high-end retail environment and is committed to providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service by greeting and assisting clients, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop deep product knowledge across all women’s apparel and accessories to effectively answer questions and make recommendations based on clients’ needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, and manage a client book to maximize repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Drive sales through superior clienteling and product expertise.
- Assist with merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise on the sales floor to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Process transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to remain current on products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales associate, ideally within luxury or high-end retail environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client base.
- Strong understanding of fashion and a keen eye for style, particularly within women’s apparel.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Proficient in retail software systems.
