We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate for our high-end apparel concession within a renowned department store. This role, with a primary focus on operational tasks (90%) and a smaller component of sales responsibilities (10%), is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, operational excellence, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, stock organization, and meticulous presentation of merchandise.
• Process and verify shipments and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with aesthetic guidelines of the concession.
• Maintain rigorous store conditions through regular audits to ensure compliance with our high standards and those of the host department store.
• Support the sales team by optimizing back-of-house operations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, operational reporting, and liaison with host store management.
• Occasionally assist customers on the sales floor, providing a knowledgeable and high-quality service experience.
• Engage in training sessions and team meetings to remain informed on product knowledge and operational protocols.
