• Lead, train, and develop store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters, ensuring the store’s presentation aligns with brand expectations.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including handling high-profile customer interactions and private viewings.
• Monitor sales performance and devise strategies to increase store revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and events.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits to upper management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of customer complaints.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in a luxury retail environment.
